Club Renaissance will be located on the corner of Casino Center Boulevard and Bonneville Street in Las Vegas. This $300 million, 950 unit, 60 floor, condominium tower is being marketed as a vertical country club, with units being designed towards young working professionals. The residences will begin on the 15th floor, with views from all directions. The tower will offer Studios to Penthouses ranging from 650 square feet to more than 4000 square feet.

Since there has been a very strong buyers demand for the units at the first tower under construction, a second tower has been proposed. If the plans are finalized, it will be built adjacent to the first tower and the two structures will be identical.
