Completion of the first phase is anticipated to

This will be the largest single new employment
opportunity created in the history of Las Vegas.

The $300 million project will feature 1,282 condominium
apartments including studios and one bedrooms

two or three bedrooms. The project does not include
a casino. Condo hotel units will start on the
16th floor and go up to the 64th floor.
Since there has been a very strong buyers demand
for the units at the first tower under construction,
a second tower has been proposed. If the plans
are finalized, it will be built adjacent to the
first tower and the two structures will be identical.
